The challenge
The owners found asbestos in three materials during a kitchen remodel and had already moved out.
What we did
We sealed the main floor under negative air, removed all three materials in one visit and bagged the waste for licensed disposal.
The result
The air clearance passed on the first test and the renovation crew started the next morning.
